1. About This System

This clinic management system is operated by Estore Optical Clinic for internal use by authorized clinic staff. It is a record-keeping and operations tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed eye care professionals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this system, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform. These terms apply to all authorized users including clinic administrators and staff.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use this system for lawful clinic operations. You must not:

• Access or handle patient data beyond your authorized scope
• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Use the platform to store, transmit, or process data you are not authorized to handle
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, records, or system components
• Use the system for any purpose that violates Philippine law or applicable regulations

4. Not Medical Advice

Information stored or generated within this system (including prescriptions, diagnoses, and clinical notes) is intended solely as a clinical record for use by licensed practitioners. Nothing in this system constitutes medical advice to patients. Patients should always consult a qualified eye care professional for their healthcare needs.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

All patient data entered into this system belongs to Estore Optical Clinic and the patients concerned. The clinic acts as the personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and is responsible for handling data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. 6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify the clinic administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Estore Optical Clinic is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use due to failure to protect your credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Estore Optical Clinic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use this system, including loss of data due to user error or unauthorized access resulting from failure to maintain account security.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of this system shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

9. Changes to These Terms

Estore Optical Clinic may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
